2011 Imac Quadro K1000m from Dell M4700. Got a black screen

I have a working Quadro K1000M from a dell M4700. I have installed into the machine and it never boots from the drive to flash the video card. I'm only getting 2 led lights on the motherboard. Need help. Tired of baking the AMD video card.
