BACKGROUND
I currently have a 2011 Mac mini 2.7GHz Dual-Core Intel i7 with discrete AMD 6630M, 8GB 1866MHz Kingston Hyper X, 240GB OCZ Vertex 3 MAX IOPS, and 750GB 7200RPM Western Digital Scorpio Black. As noted in the Seagate Thunderbolt GoFlex 2.5" adapter thread, there were several unsuccessful attempts to use the 512GB Samsung 830 and 480GB SF22xx series SSDs with the Seagate Thunderbolt GoFlex 2.5" adapter on the 2011 Mac mini.
ISSUE
I'm currently using the 2011 Mac mini as a HTPC. I have a 750GB Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex Pro attached using a Seagate Thunderbolt GoFlex 2.5" adapter for my media library. I only plan use about 500GB since its a mechanical drive and need to maintain its speed. I would benefit greatly from the SSD random read speed since there is a lot of images, XML files, etc. in the library, not to mention multi-tasking to serve multiple extenders. Since SSDs are less prone to slow down, I would plan to over provision the Samsung 830 7% and fill it to capacity. With that said, I would like to swap the internal 240GB Vertex 3 MAX IOPS with the 512GB Samsung 830. I know Winclone should work for the Bootcamp partition however the Vertex 3 MAX IOPS is 100% Windows 7 64-bit and has the AHCI hack. The AHCI hack rewrites the first part of the partition table to allow Windows 7 to enable AHCI over IDE mode. I've also consider EASUS and Norton Ghost. Unfortunately, this is a production machine, so I can't have much down time. Experimentation is not an option this time. Can someone confirm which tool would work best?

Which tool (Winclone, EASUS, Norton Ghost, etc.) can clone a dedicated Bootcamp SSD to a larger SSD with AHCI enabled (AHCI hack)?
