2011 Mac mini i5 with Intel 3000 vs. 2013 MBA with Intel HD 5000

How much of an improvement would there be realistically? Just curious.

Also is it known yet how much of a difference it would be between an i7 HD 4600 and the i5 HD 3000 standard voltage?

I own the 2011 mid model mini I am thinking the macbook air will be better but cost wise it is a lot more.

if I configure it with the better cpu and more ram it is 1249. I don't need the bigger ssd as I can hook it up to a t-bolt external. it would be a desktop 85% of the time and mobile on rare occasions.
