Will Yosemite work on my mac mini 2011 i5 shared graphics (not dedicated) and 8gb ram.

And also do we know how much it will cost. And when is the final ready for public. Website just says fall but no exact date.

It will be free. We don't have a date yet, but Mavericks came out late October last year so I would expect Yosemite around the same time.
