I ran 3dmark06 and scored about 4222 points with the latest intel HD 3000 driver which I downloaded from Intel's page and 3800 points with latest boot camp drivers.

And I though it was pretty low compared to

http://www.techyalert.com/2011/02/25/macbook-pro-2010-vs-macbook-pro-2011/#minimize which has identical hardware.

Gaming Benchmarks (Windows 7 64-bit)
3dmark 06 1280×800
2011 MBP with Intel HD 3000 = 4629

I would like to know if you guys also get that low with the latest bootcamp.
Is there any possibility to achieve about the same result as his?

I don't know.

I'm not trying to thread-crap or anything but, I really don't understand why people obsess over benchmarks. They aren't very good tellers of real performance as a general rule (Point: 320m scores around 4200-4700 points in 3DMark06).

3dmark06 is not as good as newer benchmarks due to its CPU score favor but as long as the comparison have identical specifications you can neglect the CPUs.

But as you can see over the page I linked, he scored substantially higher than me, thus makes me believe whether I have inferior drivers or maybe unexpected bugs causing it.

Be sure to use the exact same drivers as they used in their test. Sometimes newer drivers are actually slower (in the favor of stability).
