2012 Mac Mini - Replace SSD/Install HD

I've got a 2008 Imac and plan to buy a mac mini. After the announcement I'm thinking that I will buy the 2012 quad i7 mac mini. Would love the mac pro, but I wouldn't use half the horsepower.

I plan to replace the hard drive with a 1TB SSD, any recommendations?

Also, once I replace the hard drive, how do I install OSX? This will be a new machine, so I do not need to worry about any data. I read something about internet recovery, is this something I could use to install OSX on the mini?
