MP 1,1-5,1 2012 Mac Pro 5,1 Radeon VII not displaying safari

Hello all,
Looking for assistance w/ Safari and Radeon VII. Specs: 2012 5,1 running Ventura OS (OpenCore Legacy Patcher), 96GB ram, 2x3.46 cpu, Radeon VII.
Issue: Safari opens fine, page loads but only some of it is visible, however, if I open finder or any another window the full page shows just fine. But once I bring safari to the front the page disappears.
Also, when I install my RX 580 card the issue goes away. And if I use Chrome there is no issues. Any thought or suggestions would be great as I'm racking my brain.

Your problem is related to the VEGA/VII support with a Mac without AVX 2.0 processor. Vega/VII cards support with OCLP + Ventura is at best beta and the correct place to report issues and get help is the OCLP is the Discord server.
