I recently bought a Mac Pro off eBay from a company that custom rebuilds them. I bought one with a Titan XP for heavy motions graphics. When I bought it the titan xp was on back order but needed a replacement for an iMac I fried, so the company sent me the tower with a stock GPU and then sent the Titan XP when it was available. After a series of issues which I will spare you the details of I did manage to get it installed and running but there is a number of strange things happening....

1) If the computer goes to sleep it will not wake up, or perhaps just the display wont wake up
2) The display port only works if I have hdmi plugged in, start the computer up, and then plug the display port in
3) If using either hdmi or display port the highest resolution available is 3360 x 1890 which is south of the 4k (or even 5k) that should be possible with this gpu

Below is system info...

10.12.6 (16G29)
Mac Pro (Mid 2012)
2 x 3.33 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon
64 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
NVIDIA GeForce GTX TITAN Xp 12288 MB
C07LC06FF4MH

...any thoughts?
