2013 iMac Catalina ...fans full blast on boot up how to fix please

ok fixed upluged and plugged back in fixed. NOW starts to boot gets to the apple logo starts again ...apple logo one second on boot up quits and begins again--haunted?? or just the stuff that happens to some of us.....
I saw the same issue on another iMac 2013.
And the owner asked around for a replacement GPU chip. (GTX 775m or 780m)

fixed not sure how ...safe boot maybe vram reset-- every time timmy cook does a "update" (more like a bugdate for me) take days and weeks for me to make the adjustment thanks to some of you all
