Used, however a used "like new" condition is $8 more at $159. With free shipping that is a steal, considering even for $229 its a steal. I'll have to share this with my brother. After he used my Nexus 7 he wants one now. I kind of wish I could've had this opportunity to get my N7 for $159, although it gives me peace of mind knowing mine isn't used, but still... damn good deal.
