My battery was swollen so I shipped my 2015 15" MBP to Apple Japan for a battery replacement. They replaced that and the top keyboard case too. When it came back I opened the bottom case to have a look and I found two rubbery things inside (see below), which were not there before. They fell right out when I shifted my MBP at an angle. I can't tell if there are 3 pins that go all the way through or 6 pins total, but there are 3 nubs on top and bottom as shown. The rubber is very soft and squishy. Does anyone know what these do?
