2015 21.5 iMac with dual external monitors

I was thinking about buying a 2015 21.5 inch iMac used to replace my older Mac mini I need support for dual external monitors. When I go to the EveryMac site it says that it only supports one external monitor even though it has 2 TB2 ports. Does anyone have experience with this? I would think if there were 2 ports it would support 2 monitors but Everymac is usually right.

(1) is probably the maximum number of 4K external monitors. I expect dual external monitors would be possible at 2560x1600 and lower.
