Your thoughts on the idea of getting a used 2015 MacBook to run Win 10? Does everything work as it should? Has anyone here tried it or is using this OS? Thanks for your help.

I love the hardware design of 2015/2016 MacBook. Every Win laptop I've researched look and feels cheap, but they are not cheap in cost. A used or a refurb 2015 MacBook runs around $800 or less.
But I don't think that drivers for Windows are that great. Each time I ran Windows on my Mac, I hated it. Trackpad isn't great, no swipe-to-go-back, etc.
Agreed. Drivers can be screwy, keyboard layout is wrong (maybe you can remap?).
I picked up a relatively cheap W10 Dell laptop for those 1-2 times/month I really need to run a legacy Windows program.
BootCamp works great for me except on hi-res screens the font scaling is horrible. I just bought a brand new NON-Retina Macbook Pro 13 to take care of my need for both Windows and Mac OS!

Having just upgraded two Windows Tablet 2 in 1 to windows 10 for a friend and then afterward doing the same with bootcamp on my own Mac's (air i7 and iMac i7). I have come to the conclusion, I would not buy a Mac, Just for windows. Apple's way of controlling bootcamp is a nightmare (especially for older machines) and Windows 10 installation was very slow with sub-optimal driver support. It took multiple Windows 10 installation attempts before succeeding (had to resort to iso-installation, because upgrade just kept hanging).

I only buy MACs and run Windows exclusively with no problems, Win10 is great on the rMB
Other than buying a Windows 2in1 (SP4, TAB Pro S, 900s etc) rMB footprint and battery life is hard to beat
I have had significant issues with the Trackpad drivers in past MacBooks but not the 2016. I'd say performance is close to if not on par with OS X in this case. I think the new trackpad finally forced them to write a new windows driver. The bigger issue I have with windows is the HiDPI screen and scaling. Mac OS is much more seamless with this than windows and some older applications look absolutely terrible in "retina". That being said, most Microsoft applications and browsers seem to handle it fine.
Thank you everyone for chiming in. Due to the display scaling in Windows, I decided to wait for new MBP for work, MBr for play and then transform my 2013 MBP to a Windows machine instead of buying another MBr. I only need Win 10 to test audio equipment for work so I think 2013 MBP should do the trick.
