2015 MBP -> M2 MBP - OMG - just sharing my excitement

After waiting years and years, I promised myself I would wait until the first update to the 16" M1 Macbook Pro before I upgraded from my maxed-out (lol) 2015 15".

After setting up my new M2 Max MBP... it feels like I traveled forward in time. I look over at my 2015 MBP and it suddenly feels like a '57 Chevy. I was relatively happy with my old machine. But this new one is outrageous. Just had to share. Oh, and how is it possible that laptop speakers sound this good?

Nice! I go through lots of laptops and have no M series laptops yet. I can tell you the jump from 2015 to 2016 speakers design was outrageous. When I recently picked up a 2015 laptop I couldn’t believe how poor the sound was. I now am using a 2018 15” and the sound is great. I’m sure the new 16” steps it up another level!
the 2017-2019 13’s I’ve had are all very good as well. The 2018-2020 air don’t have as good of sound, but all blow away that 2015!
