iPhone SE (2016) 2016 SE vs iphone 11 battery life

how much better is the iPhone 11 battery life compared to the first SE? My SE lasts about 2 hours while using. Had it since Sept 2018. Wondering if I should trade this little gem for something new. Great phone to run with and hold in hand.

Battery life of the 11 is amazing. I’m not a heavy user with my average screen on time at 3 hrs/day, but in the roughly 6 months I’ve had this phone I’ve never had to charge it during the day. Most days I’m still over 60% at the end of the day.

I am stil using the first SE. Wanted to change, ordered the 11 and the battery is so amazing. At least twice as brand new first SE battery. I am so sad the 11 size was too clumsy to me and returned it.

Its only clumsy at first because you went from the smallest phone in the world to one of the biggest ones lol. After using my Max for a few months, going back to my old 7 feels like I am using a 5S again lol.

It will be night and day comparison.

The iPhone 11 is amongst the best smartphones in battery life in 2020, it’s right up there with 5000mAh Androids like S20 Ultra

I have to question that chart, because I get way more screen time on my max than they did. I can get 14 hours no problem and still have over 30%. WiFi of course.

Low power mode though.

Maybe you are right, but I do not feel good about the 11. I think that the 11 Pro is much better in feeling of the phone and feels much smaller then the 11, despite it is small difference in raw size comparison.

If the SE is not updated, it will be a LOT better. If the SE is updated, it will smoke it. You are saying you get 2 hours, so it’s probably updated. It will be what? Triple the battery life of the SE? More? I don’t know exactly, but a lot better.
