Work is going to provide me a new MacBook Air. I was looking at the OWC thunderbolt 3 dock (not related to work, but for all my peripherals).
Can I set my MacBook Air next to my 5k 27” image and use target mode on it to have a bigger screen to use when working from home? My Mac has thunderbolt 3 obviously and so will the Air.
Thanks!

Target Display mode is not available on retina iMacs. Best option is using a third-party tool to beam the content to another Mac.

Any suggestions on why would be the most efficient way or tool to use? Hate to have to use a 13 in school screen when I have so much more real estate available
