2017 IMac on It's Way A Couple Questions

Fairly new iMac user here.....

My 2017 5k I5 580GPU 1TB SSD is on it's way and I have a few questions. Currently I have a 2008 iMac family computer that we mainly use for web browsing and most importantly it has the Family Apple Calendar on it. Everything else on that Mac can be deleted.

1) How do I transfer my iCal from the current imac to the new imac?

2) Later on I would like to add Windows via Bootcamp, is there anything special I need to do right out of the box when I turn on the new iMac?

Luckily, Apple provides a simple solution to save your iCal or Calendar, which you can then use as backups, or as an easy way to move your calendar data to another Mac, perhaps the new iMac you just purchased.

That should do it mate!
