I'm looking at the accessories available for the new iPads and cannot decide what would be best for me.

The Smart Keyboard is out as I don't want to have a keyboard as a cover. I've seen it on the last year iPad Pros, and it's a bit inconvenient. I rather get a separate Bluetooth keyboard.
The Smart Cover would be ideal, but it doesn't cover the back nor have a place for the pen.
The sleeve has a place for the pen, but it's just a sleeve. I would need to buy something else to prop the iPad.

My ideal accessory would be a Smart Cover that also covers the back of the iPad and has a place for the pen. Anybody have better ideas?

Reactions: Newtons Apple
My only problem with my new 10.5 is the lack of Apple having a back cover. I have used the Apple covers to cover front and back for years and guess I will have to see if a 3rd party makes one. Got a cheap $8 to use in the mean time.

I will be watching this thread.

I've found this which is coming soon: Origami case. Full coverage but no holder for the pen.

Khumo do this that sounds like a good fit for your requirements. It's a gen-1 product, but I emailed them and they say gen-2 covers should be available within about 12 days (not necessarily this specific configuration).

(I'm personally looking for 12.9 stuff)

Speaking of which, does anyone know an alternative to the smart cover for the IPP 12.9" that enables more angles (like the Origami Case), but does not cover the back (i.e., only attaches to the edge), and ideally provides a place for the pencil?
