2017 iPad sound issue with snapchat

I ordered my son a new iPad on march 24th. iPad works fine, BUT when he is using snapchat while having other apps open, it has a loud screeching noise.

I bought a second new 2017 iPad and it does the same thing. Both iPads were fully updated.

It is reproducible and happens several time a day.

Just seeing if anyone else has this issue.

I took a video and submitted it to apple. I tried to upload it here but file is 6 mb and is too large
