2017 MacBook Pro - Can External Display be 75hz?

Hello. I have a 2017 MacBook Pro 15 inch

The Apple website says it can display 4k and 5k at 60hz but can it display 75hz at 1080p?

Yes, 75Hz at 1080p is less bandwidth than 5K at 60Hz so it should work fine.
