2018 11" Ipad Pro refurb refuses to activate. Tried activating through the Quick setup on my phone, plugged into my desktop with iTunes says the same thing.

Apple refurbished store. Apple has me doing a recovery mode restore right now if that does not work their engineers will do something on their end. Worse case scenario they will refund me.

Restore did not work will see what Apple can do on their end with their "engineers".
