2018 iPad Pro, LTE Antenna reception issues?

I’ve been reading about the poor antenna gain on the iPhone XS and XS Max, even though they are faster (4x4) when they can receive a good signal. The slower (2x2) Xr has actually been better at low signal and real world LTE and wi-fi reception, so it got me wondering since the new iPad Pro’s have the faster gigabit LTE like in iPhone Xs series does it also suffer the poor reception?

It seems about the same as on my iPad Air 2.

Edit: to clarify, reception seems the same. But yeah, pages load faster.
