2019 iMac not sleeping after Repair

I took my 2019 I9 iMac in for a repair after the logic board fried. They were able to salvage my hard drive, but thing is it won't go to sleep unless I put it to sleep. It won't time out at all. I just updated to Catalina as well still no help.

Try a SMC reset which is relatively easy to do with an iMac.
