Hi There.
I purchased a 2019 imac and was able to finally pick it up yesterday. I installed 16gb of additional ram and when I went to turn the computer on it was as if it was dead.. nothing. I took the additional ram out and then tried to turn it on and nothing but eventually it did start up.
Now I am wondering if I should try the new additional ram again or of something is wrong?
I bought the crucial ram that was recommended here on the forums
https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B071KP8CGG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
perhaps this is not the proper ram? if anyone could advise it would be so appreciated
