MP 7,1 2019 Mac Pro compared to new 16" MacBook M1Pro/Max using Adobe Apps?

I have no doubt the MBP 16 M1 Pro/Max will run circles around the 7,1.
I will be upgrading my 2019 MBP 16 to this model and probably switch over from the 2019 Mac Pro as the primary computer.
Can't wait for what the 8,1 2022 Mac Pro will bring though. That will hopefully be a game changer.
