I have a 2020 Intel MBP 13" with 4 thunderbolt ports. Over the last 6 months battery life has been abysmal even draining while sleeping much more than it used to. Battery cycle count is 379 and health is reported by macOS as normal so doesn't seem too bad. Do you think this is just an aging battery or should I look for rogue processes running?

Install Coconut Battery and see what your battery's health really is...

If battery draining during sleep.. are you sure MBP is sleeping?.. you can try Sleep Aid to get an understanding of what your Mac is doing while sleeping...
