I have been having this issue for some time but was recently able to reproduce it.

Turn on the Bluetooth and test the internet speed on either fast.com or speedtest.net. Then test again with Bluetooth off. The speed with Bluetooth on is only half the speed with Bluetooth off.

I have this issue in my home network, as well as the network in my campus. In my home, I know I am connecting to a 5G Wi-F, I am not sure what’s the technical parameters of the campus network. All my other devices don’t have such issues, so it should be an iPad issue.

I have tried to reset the network setting. It was fine for a few hours before it appeared again. I have also tried to reset all the settings and it was the same. I am on iPadOS 15.

Do you notice such issues? And if you do, do you know a workaround?

What devices are connected via Bluetooth? Or is this the case with Bluetooth enabled without connecting to any device?

The reason I ask is I once had a certain Bluetooth mouse on a Windows machine that interfered with WiFi. The problem was fixed by changing the mouse.

Checked with fast.com, no interference here, 11” iPP 2021, iPadOS 15, no connected bluetooth devices, bluetooth on or off. From what I see there is some variance in both scenarios, but the average over 10 runs is the same.

Just Apple pencil. I sometime use a Sony headphone, but I am testing the internet speed without using it.

I haven't been able to reproduce my issue since last week. I did two things:

1. I reset my iPad Pro.
2. I upgraded my iPad Pro to iPadOS 15.0.1.

I am not sure which one fixed the issue.
