Odd, but my brand new MBP refuses to provide power to USB-A devices. Tried this with two different USB-A devices (Aukey hub/Sabrent SSD enclosure, both USB 3.0) and three different USB-C>USB-A cables, no dice.

An audio interface (Audient iD14) connected via USB-C>USB-B (USB2.0) powered up just fine.

Anybody know what's going on here? Thanks.

I see a trip to the Apple Store in your future. But if you haven't tried restarting in safe mode yet, you may as well.
