It can’t.I don’t think the rage 128 can drive the 23” at full resolution at all.
It has to support TwinView to run two independent monitors. The card that came with Digital Audios does not. You need the one that came with Quicksilvers. An Apple-version of the Geforce 2mx should work.

This probably applies to other cards too. I haven’t had a problem without a fan with the Radeon 7500 in mine (I think I got that card out of a quicksilver)a general word of warning with the 2MX, is it NEEDS fan cooling in a G4 cube
a genuine Cube G4 2MX has a massive heatsink, but a normal Mac 2MX does not have this and will cook itself in a Cube

The MAXX is actually a dual-GPU card.Incidentally, I just learnt there was a revision of the Rage 128 Pro, released a couple of months after the Rage 128, called the Rage Fury MAXX.
There’s also no Mac OS support for that card (or even 2000/XP apparently). The MAXX is actually a dual-GPU card.

The Cube will run the 22" ACD. Just. If you use the 23" display, you will have to drop the resolution.can the 23" cinema display and the 15" studio display run on the g4 cube with any upgrades
I think the ACDs don’t have a built-in scaler so feeding them a lower resolution may not work. The Cube will run the 22" ACD. Just. If you use the 23" display, you will have to drop the resolution.
You'll get an offcentre cropped image from what I can remember.I think the ACDs don’t have a built-in scaler so feeding them a lower resolution may not work.
I’ll do some testing with my 22” DVI.You'll get an offcentre cropped image from what I can remember.
Yes and it will fit the backplate without needing adjusting. The problem is finding one. Extremely hard to come by.Could the geforce 3 work?
Yes, but rare. I only know of 3, 1 on Ebay about a year ago that sold for $400-something I think, another on there now for $650, and the one sitting in my Cube that bunnspecial hooked me up with back in 2019. It's quite the capable card, especially when paired with a CPU upgrade!Could the geforce 3 work?

IIRC the original Radeon SDR/DDR aka “7200” can’t do dual displays (LEM agrees), but the VE aka 7000 can.however an original ATI Radeon may be a shot but [...] im not 100% if it can or cannot do dual displays
