Hey guys! Ordered an iPhone 7 Plus 256GB Black (GSM) model 5 minutes after pre-order opened and I've got that 23 Sep, 2016 - 27 Sep, 2016 by 2-3 Business Days delivery window. Anyone else with this window? I vaguely remember Apple Watches with a similar, week-after-launch delivery date ended up shipping sooner than expected. Anyone seen their's change/move around? My delivery did switched to Processing Items pretty much around mid-day (EST) on September 9th. Feeling lucky to have snagged one in this window...

Same exact model and situation here. Really hoping we get bumped to release date delivery. A couple of people have posted that their order has been pushed forward.

Honestly, this time around I'm not too worried about launch day. Maybe year over year launch day blues have made me care less hahaha. Did you see if those individuals you mentioned saw the change reflected on their order page? I won't believe it till I see it!

I'm assuming they saw it on their order page, but I haven't seen anybody post before/after screens. I'm hoping we'll see something by Tuesday, if we get lucky.

True Gizbug, but those mentions are buried under 110 pages in the iPhone 7/7+ Apple.com Pre-Order Thread. No worries though!

Did you say anything to them badazz33 to move your shipping date? Did you complain or something? Wondering if I should do the same thing lol...

I called and asked for expedited shipping as well. It was an option when ordering, but had no effect on preorders in the past, so I skipped it. My original date of the 27th-29th changed to the 23rd-27th. In the end, it can't hurt. Still hope we get bumped to launch though.

*sigh* yeah...I hate all the smoke and mirrors.

I selected that option on checkout, which is why I have that ship date...we'll see...

Have ya'll seen any change? I've been pouring over the other threads and seen not a single peep from other 23rd ship dates, other than someone mentioning a thread should be started (lol)...

I talked to some one today in customer service for Apple.

"Since this is a pre order, we are already offering the fastest shipping method possible, so we won't be able to expedite it, but there is always a change it will arrive sooner than expected!"

I have a 9/23-9/27 ship date.

Could be a good sign or just something to smooth me over lol

I ordered a 128GB rose gold 7 Plus for my wife that is in the Sept 23-27 batch. Haven't seen any movement on her's yet. I thought since maybe it was a less popular color it might get bumped forward.

My 128GB matte black 7 Plus is stuck in Oct 4-10. :(

Probably the latter, unfortunately

Actually, while Apple's systems could be behind, your bank's won't be. And since they only go from "processing" to "preparing to ship" after your bank charge is approved, if you don't hve a bank charge, you're not getting squat.

Folks... apparently new stock has opened up, but it is not for us… Just for iPhone Apple Upgrade Program. I bet those additions would've been for us. Sadly, I think our chances are VERY slim.

Apple adds more iPhone 7 stock for iPhone Upgrade Program, but has limited or no stock for walk-ins - 9to5Mac
