24" (AL) iMac: Yellow Rectangle Flicker, New Web Page Loads

I just noticed it lately, this Small Yellow Rectangle Flickers when a new web page loads. It happens randomly.

Anyone experienced this or idea what it is?

if it bothers you i am sure apple could fix it

What browser/OS are you using? Have you tried reinstalling the software or trashing the browser's preferences?

Leopard (Upgraded)
Safari & Firefox


Could this be Hardware/Video Card issue. I'll try your re-installing the Browsers.
