iPhone 24 hour clock to 12 hour...

still pretty new to my jailbroken phone. looking for some advice on how to change a 24 hour clock to a 12 hour clock in a lock screen theme? ivg gotten most of my themes from ithemesky app, and they tend to come defaulted as 24 hour clocks. any help would be greatly appreciated

maybe how to change the weather location code too..ive read a couple tutorials, but they dont seem to help

Using sbsettings you can do it I think ;-)
