24" iMac supply

I went in the Apple store today to switch my unopened 20" iMac with the 24" model, but they were sold out. Carrying that box through the mall twice was tiring.

How often do Apple stores restock their new products? More importantly, will they get more 24" models before my 14 days run out?

Just call ahead next time. It would be near impossible for them to not have any 24" iMacs for 14 days, so don't worry.

You could ask them to refund the iMac for full cash then use the cash for the 24"... Unless they are actually replacing the 20" w/ the 24" free of charge.

yeah, i would do this, so you don't have to keep carrying it around. but they should have them in soon though, i would think
