24-inch vs 22-inch performance in games

I've been looking on a new screen for my MBP SR (2.2GHz).
At the moment i run with an external 1280x1024 screen and always with the MBP screen on too.

I'm gonna replace my external screen and i've been looking on a 22 inch or a 24 incher.

So my question is, will the 1920x1200 (24-inch)be overkill for a 8600m GT?
Should i stick with 1680x1050 (22-inch)
I only play WoW and on 1280x1024 it runs like a champ.
