For Apple's developers to think everyone in the world must use 30fps is plain arrogant and to add 24fps means they have no idea about video creation in the modern world.
25fps = EU, Australia & NZ, and most of ASIA.
24fps = A legacy cinema standard no one uses except a cinema projector. The correct frame rate for universal movie use is 23.98 fps.
30fps = North and South America.
