There & Back Again
Hey guys, just some advice here - what do you think my chances are of getting Apple to replace my 24inch screen? I count about 14 stuck pixels (not dead, discoloured pixels) - I have had the machine for over a year now, it was like this out of the box, but I didn't want to without my home computer for any length of time.

I have applecare, just under 2 years left, so I am good to go - just wondering what you will think they will say?

One more question

There was a small utility made so you could do a screen test of different colours on your screen. Does anyone recall the name of said app?

Get the screen replaced. I just got a 24 inch iMac in Jan and found one stuck pixel. I brought the system back to Future Shop and they gave a new system. I even had the system over 2 weeks which is they policy not to take back computers after two weeks but they did anyway. The programs that clam to fix stuck pixels don't work. If they do it is just fluke. With Apple Care you should be able to get the screen replaced.
