I am looking at getting a new 27" iMac and am very close to purchase. I already mad a few posts with questions, but i had just a couple of more.

I plan to use bootcamp on my iMac with windows 7 and use that for gaming. Most all of the games will be RTS like Starcraft 2, Company of Heroes, Settlers 7 etc...

With mac's OS i I plan to use photoshop, indesign, illustrator, final cut and all other daily use (emails, web, etc).

I just wanted everyones thoughts for my use of the iMac. it sounds like this will be a good setup for me, but I wanted to see if anyone would have recommendations, hesitations, or any other information for me :) This is my first iMac :)

Also, one other question came to mind. I noticed that the display refresh rate on the iMac was 60hz. Although I would love it to be higher I don't think I will notice it much for the games I play. It seems like you would notice the 60hz more on 1st person shooters. For those that play the kind of games that I want to on an iMac, do you find that the 60hz is just fine for you? Thanks everyone!!

I took delivery of mine yesterday, 60hz , wateva, the screen is beautiful, the silence is amazing, ripping DVD's is QUICK. I'm no PC gamer but looks wonderful to me. I plan to install Windows 7 for gaming as the selection is wider.

I'm replacing my static MBP, no regrets on the purchase.
