(2750)d'link modem schedule reboot with automator

I want to use Automator to reboot my modem every night at 2:00 AM because My adsl provider after this time giving free Internet traffic but I should restart my modem to enable it. can I do this with Automator?
I will be grateful if some one help me and explain simple

You'd be better off getting a plug in timer and setting it to power off at 1.45 and back on at 2.00.

I had thought to this But I prefer to use it as a last solution if I can solve it with software.
