I have tried a lot of the apps on the AppStore and google has not been helpful. I want to find a VR app that will allow me to watch my videos (that’s I've recorded or even movies that I have imported) that are 2D on a VR split screen headset like google cardboard type that you pop the phone into. . Every one I have found either let’s me watch it in some STUPID movie theater virtual world with no way to disable it, of the video “floats”. I’m both of these scenarios any head movement is registered and either I see some virtual people in a virtual theater that I find dumb or the floating video moves out of sight. I want to be able to see the video/movie on screen regardless of head position so that it’s basically like watching on a giant screen and if I move or lay down or whatever the video playback position does not at all move or change. This seems simple since these apps are all splitting the video the way I want, but none just let you see the movie in full screen. Has anyone seen an app that allows this functionality?
