A couple weeks ago, I contacted Apple about receiving an airpod with 2D3 firmware and after talking to a senior advisor he offered to replace mine with a brand new set. He told me I would receive an email to confirm the replacement, but it never came. I called on April 14th and wrote an email to follow up on April 24th, but I still haven’t any conformation email. He told me there was a delay in the processing, but it seems like other people have been getting replacements in about a week or so.
Is anyone experiencing this as well? Should I follow up again or wait longer considering the pandemic?
