Hi all,

having troubles with the 2FA verification codes in the password store.
I have created various 2FA verification codes and stored them in the built in password manager. all the codes are renewing and work when I copy&paste them.

But I have troubles with the autofill in safari. I am sure that it worked a week ago.

Here is what I see today:
amazon, google => works
PayPal => does not work, not on Mac, not on iPhone
qnap NAS Login => works on Mac with user 1, but not with user 2 on same mac

Safari always suggests to fill in the verification code. But hitting the button often brings up only 1, 2 or 3 digits of 6.

I already deleted and renewed the keychain item. No change.
Can anyone give advice?

Thanks

Was playing with the 2FA feature of Mac OS X Monterey - Just googling as I have exactly the same problem with my QNAP. When I set up the Auto 2FA feature, it worked. Now I'm getting only 3 digits instead of 6 everytime I'm using this... Has anyone found any solution, so far?

Only the feedback (from other forum) that we are not alone with this problem. but no solution ...

Interesting. With Mac OS Monterey 12.2 the problem seems to have mostly vanished. I still get the occasional 3-digit 2FA instead of 6 digits but in 99% of the cases it now works for me. Love this feature!
