I'm confused - I have a 2g iphone unlocked on T-Mobile USA using Pwnage and running 2.2.1. How do I upgrade and jailbreak to 3.0? Do I use Pwnage 3.0 or redSn0w to do this?

From what I've read so far, you 'should' just be able to plug into iTunes and upgrade. I'll be trying it in the next few days.

And if you do that. Then your jailbreak is gone. If you have a 2G, you might as well just use Redsn0w. Think of redsn0w as a second option, and using Pwnage Tool as "planning ahead". They both get the same place. They just take different routes. I personally like the customization of Pwnage.
