Im having a weird issue when I try to burn these quicktimes to DVD-R using Toast. They seem to burn fine and even do a verification. But when I look at the contents on the DVD-R, the file size is smaller and the end of the quicktime play back all blocky and pixelated.

The original quicktime file on the desktop is 2.6gb... when burned it says its only 1.99gb.... So im thinking Im running into a file limit of some sort...

Any clues? Thanx...

You should be encountering any limtis. But Toast does have some compression options under the DVD menu/drawer. Take a look there and see if there's a clue.

compatabilty issue?

I remember the settings being on "Mac & PC" for the burning.... would that create a 2gb file?

Sorry the Mac is at work and I use PC at home...

thanx for the reply,
