2gb Ram on my iphone 6 plus?

How is it when I check my 6 plus IMEI number it shows 2048mb of Ram which is 2 gb? I thought it was only 1 gb Ram?

At imei.info. Went to another site and got the same figure

Obviously those sites are wrong.
