2nd bill, AT&T "One Time Upgrade Fee $18" ?

hey, so got my 2nd iphone bill, all the weird pro-rates are gone now and everything is as i expected. everything except for this line in the charges section: AT&T "One Time Upgrade Fee $18" Anyone else have this on their bill? I ran a search on the forums and didn't find anything on this.

I'm gonna call them tomorrow and see what this is for? Because even so, I was qualified for a "free" upgrade already with at&t. just weird...

so you're a new subscriber, or did you upgrade your at&t plan to the iphone plan?

no i already had at&t and just upgraded to the iphone because i was eligible for an upgrade anyways. and then i was told it doesnt matter because of the whole unsubsidized vs subsidized phone deal.

i asked them if I was going to have to pay any fees by upgrading to the iphone and they said no, and then this pops up. just weird, i've never been charged an upgrade fee before.
