2nd gen Apple TV Update not downloading

I can't get the 5.0 update to install. I'm getting 17Mbps down, 1.5Mbps up. Everything else on my network works just fine. it's wireless. So is my 360, PS3 and roku, all of which work fine. My AppleTV can access Netflix/Youtube, my Cloud music.....it just will not install the update. All I get is "The Apple TV update could not be downloaded at this time. Try again later."

I also just tried wired direct to my modem...and it won't download still.

Really frustrating. :confused:

Anyone else having issues with this?
