Anyone have the 2nd gen. leather buckle? I'm buying a Watch within the next few days, and I've mostly settled for the stainless steel (for more flexibility with straps). I was wondering how the new leather buckle was going for everyone.

Is it true than the new bands don't come with a plastic case anymore?

And another thing: I briefly tried the blue leather loop band in a store and it felt REALLY slim and limp. I'm used to the leather bands in my other dumbwatches: firm and not slim and super flexible. Does it feel cheap to other people? That's what made me choose a milanese band instead but I'm practically obssesed with buying the blue band.

I have the Midnight Blue Leather Loop. It feels thin, but day to day, I never feel worried that it'll break or anything. The flexibility and sizability is really nice because you can get that perfect fit, instead of having it too tight or too loose.

I have it and it doesn't feel cheap to me. It is fairly thin and flexible but I think that's by design because of the way you have to wear it. it also has more give allowing it to be more comfortable on different wrist sizes. It's kind of hard to explain. Sure it's not the same quality as you might get with an expensive mechanical watch or the bands that come with the Hermes Apple watches but it feels solid enough and does it's job.
