I recently got a 2nd generation (touch wheel) iPod 10GB that is formatted for Windows. It still holds a charge, and the PO's music is on it and it plays just fine. However, I cannot get thing thing to be recognized by the computer. When I hook it up, it reboots and then shows the check-mark saying "Ok To Disconnect". Disk utility doesn't see it, Mac OS X and Mac OS 9 will not even see it as a volume to erase. iTunes has no idea its connected either. I really have no clue how to get this thing reformatted for Mac or even how to sync it with anything. Any ideas?
