iPhone 2nd Row of Apps in Control Center

As per the title, does anyone know of a tweak that allows changes to the Control Center that would actually allow a second set of applications to be placed above the bottom row of quick launch apps? Basically to allow more quick launched apps.

cctoggles lets you add more and swipe through them.

Does it allow you to put another row on top of the bottom row (in the place of airdrop/airplay)? Or does it only allow a scrolling set of applications on the bottom?

Scrolling. It also allows more toggles on top and you can also put activator gesture buttons on the bottom with apps.

It will let you change the number of apps as well (up to 5 or 6 per page

There is a paid add on to CCToggles that looks like it does this (haven't tried it myself) called AppSwitcher QL Panel
