Does anyone have a comparison SSD performance they can share from Blackmagic?

I'm seeing about 6400 MB/s write, 5400 MB/s read, which seems way under some YT scores I've seen...

This is with a 2TB disk

The higher scores are possibly using a benchmark with a much smaller sized file to measure the transfer speed.
In that case then the storage system cache speed is being measured, not the actual SSD NAND speed.
That needs a much bigger file size.

No. I don't have one. I'm just commenting. I don't think I've ever seen numbers like those. That's 6 gigabytes per second, hardly slow.

I don't have a photo on me, but my 2TB 16" from last year gets the same speeds. These speeds are appropriate to the SSD. Higher SSD speeds require 4TB and 8TB.

Also to note, this speed is identical to the 2TB Samsung 990 Pro SSD.

The fastest speeds are with >= 4 Tb SSD. The reason is more storage is connected to more bus, increasing throughput.
